1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gxnixingpottery.com and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Orders
All products are handmade in Qinzhou, Guangxi, China. Because every piece is hand-thrown and kiln-fired, each item is unique: colour, size and finish may vary slightly from the photographs. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted pottery and are not considered defects.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include import duties or taxes, which may apply in your country. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, bank transfer and Western Union. Orders are processed for shipment once full payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, EMS, ePacket and China Post. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination, the service selected and the season. Detailed information is available on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy on unused items in their original condition. Custom-engraved and OEM items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
6. Wholesale & OEM Orders
Wholesale and OEM orders are subject to separate agreements confirmed by email. Sample orders are charged at retail price and credited at wholesale price on qualifying wholesale orders. Processing times for wholesale orders are 15–35 business days after prepayment confirmation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of GX Nixing Pottery and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be addressed through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts of Qinzhou, Guangxi.
