Processing Time

All items are handmade and inspected one by one before packing:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days

  • Sample orders: 7–15 business days after payment confirmation

  • Wholesale orders: 15–35 business days after prepayment confirmation

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all retail orders — no shipping fees at checkout, ever. Every piece is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days to the US and Europe via courier service, and 15–30 days via economy airmail to other regions.

Wholesale orders: shipping is quoted per order and depends on destination and quantity. Email us at info@gxnixingpottery.com for exact rates.

Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which we send to your email once your parcel is handed to the carrier. You can follow your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns

We want you to love your handmade piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Custom-engraved and OEM items are made to your specification and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@gxnixingpottery.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will confirm the return address and any instructions within 1–2 business days

  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and ship it back

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
